Boyfriend :dump or keep

So i have been with my bf for over two years he has given me promise rings and we have been through hell..mostly on his doing . He has betrayed me cheated on me and lied to me countless times. I've caught him creating secret accounts etc and it always seems like he talks me back in to staying. Now his new thing is picking fights for no reason and than disappearing. Than when i call his line is busy. What should i do. Im pissed off. I love him so so much. But im getting sick of this.
