I've been looking for new work out ideas and signed up for some fitness pole classes and now I'm nervous..🙈 I'm a really shy people and don't dance at parties or anything SO IDK why I think I can pole dance/workout with strangers..😅 anyone try them before? What's it like ? Any advice? I almost want to ask for a refund and just purchase a pole for my home to be more comfortable..
