Saxenda ?

Who has taken saxenda ? It's like a insulin pen . My doctor prescribed it to me . Everyday you go up on click and it's supposed to help with PCOS and weight gain . I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks . That's without exercise . The only side effects it has is nausea , dizziness , and could cause thyroid cancer . That's the only one that worries me , so I need opinions , on who all has taken this and what's there stories to tell about it ?
