Any tips on hip pain during sleep?

I've been sleeping poorly due to potty breaks and mostly turning over since my hips hurt so bad through the night. Does anyone have any tricks on how to stay asleep longer or take some pressure of hips? I try to use the pregnancy pillow but it doesn't seem to be helping anymore :/

You can always take benadryl, my doctor told me I could take it every night to help sleeping and it doesn't affect baby whatsoever. It helps me sleep more through the night. Hope this helps 😊

I've given up my left hip is so painful and has been since 20w.. The last week or 2 I've got chronic leg aches now along with needing toilet.. I'm glad I'm on maternity as the lack of sleep is starting to get to me x

I keep a tennis ball next to my bed and roll it on my hips to massage them when they're hurting.

I don't have a pregnancy pillow but regular pillows tend to work for me. I place under my belly and sometimes my hips just to elevate them both equally and so my belly won't put too much pressure on my hips while sleeping on my side.

My husband will squeeze my hips together for me if it gets really bad. It seems silly but it feels incredible. I also sit and lean on a yoga ball before bed and it seems to help stretch out my back for bed. I hope it helps you! We are almost there!
