Bronchitis vs. Pneumonia

Can anyone tell me the difference and if I may have one of the two.

Yesterday I woke up with shortness of breath. And that has gotten a little worse since then. Small cough. No fever. Chest pain. Back pain in the middle of my back coming from my chest. No sleep and if I do it's 15 minutes at a time or less. Body aches especially arms back neck and has areas. Wheezy sound when I breath in. Runny nose and sneezing. Throat was sore the other day but not now.

I think that covers everything. Any help?
