inducing process??? Im freaking out!😨😨😨

Getting cervidal placed tomorrow ? How is it? Soon ill be holding my son but im nervous and anxious !!! I knew this time would come but its really about to go down!!!!!

I was induced with my first. I had he cervidal placed in the evening to help my cervix soften overnight. Started having mild cramps in the early morning but nothing too bad. Then about 11am the next morning they started pitocin to get labor going. I progressed and was at a 4 when I was ready for my epidural. As I'm getting my epidural my water broke. Then I labored all day until I was ready to push at about 11pm. Has my son at 11:47 pm. I've heard horror stories about inductions but mine was so easy. Don't worry everything will go smoothly and it's not as scary as you think. Happy thoughts your way!

They tried everything to induce me for two and a half days ultimately ended in a C-section because baby got stressed. I was only 37 + 0 so was still early in my body haven't had a chance to prepare for labor so if you're further along it should go easier. Induction is different for everybody, some people and only takes a few hours some people like me it takes days.

Only had it with my first, think it stayed in for 12hrs. Then pitocin, which sucks 😆
