Anyone else face freaking out with dry patches?

Anyone else suffering in the facial department? Last two days I have started getting dry red patches with small bumps on different places on my face! My moisturizer irritates it more. Any suggestions on what kind of moisturizer would help this or anything else that is helping anyone else?

I would try Aveeno that works really well with eczema patients. Since I've became pregnant I get really dry skin and you Aveeno and it moisturized my skin back up :)

Oh, yes! I already have dry skin to begin with but this pregnancy made my face flake. Not cute. I've been using organic coconut oil and exfoliating at least 2-3 times a week. It's working for me.
