Glow Health Findings!

Gunce • Head of research at Glow. Unwilling infertility expert. 2 kids after 6 IVF treatments.

Hey everyone -

I am really proud of a premium feature we announced in the updated Nurture app today (available in iOS, coming to android within the week): Glow Health Findings!

This is the product of a two+ month collaboration between the data, design, content and engineering teams at Glow.

We essentially took a look at the millions upon millions of Glow mama-to-be logs and tried to make sense of it all. In writing these articles we tried to answer the all-important question "Is this symptom normal? How many mamas actually deal with it? How do they deal with it? Do the mamas that deal with it share any other characteristics?"

The answers were fascinating.

My fervent hope is that they prove both beneficial and provide peace of mind.

If you are not a premium member, the articles will also be available for purchase a la cart for the same low cost of 5 lives in Candy Crush Saga. ;-)

I look forward to your feedback as we continue to expand upon these findings in the weeks and months ahead.

Thank you!

I think this sounds wonderful and fascinating, however it's disappointing that Glow/Nurture is suggesting we pay for research conducted on information we have provided for free! When I started using the app I was aware my information would be used for research and was happy with this arrangement - only good could come out of it for other mothers, but not that it would then be sold back to me. Please could you consider perhaps a different version for us uses who are interested but aren't in a position to pay.

I dont play candy crush, why dont you just say how much it is instead being all coy about it? I hate when apps do that.... Like you paid this for this app, so its cheap for you.

The Heart Baby article is not empathetic to mom's wanting to hear their baby's heart beat for leisure as well as keep a recording for when their kids get older.Memories like hearing your baby's heart beat doesn't ever go away

Gunce my comment below got 21 up votes, and yet it has been hidden ? Does anyone know why this is ? Was the comment rule breaking ? Or are we not allowed to have an opinion on the premium feature ?
