How can swimming give me heartburn?!

Literally the bane of my life right now!

Yup yup. It blows. Before pregnancy I knew the things that gave me heartburn: red sauce basically. And I could decide whether it was worth it lol. But now, doesn't matter what I eat or drink, or sometimes even if I DONT eat or drink anything. It's just ever present firey pits of hell in my esophagus.

I had heartburn so badly that I actually started waking up in the very early morning and throwing up. It progressively got worse. It started off with Tums every day at around 9pm then five Tums at once wasn't  working so I got 150 Zantac. I was taking one a day and that stopped being enough so I was taking two a day but only the second if I felt heart burn coming on at night. Since then I was throwing up because of it so now I take two a day. One in the morning, one at night. I even went to the ER because I had severe chest and back pain. Never having had digestion problems before I didn't realize what it was: Esphogeal spasm. I have been told by the doctor that I can only eat small meals once every three hours and cannot eat three hours prior to sleep. I have to remain upright after I eat as well. Honestly, it's exhausting! I always feel food coming up myEsophagus and because my stomach is so small from baby pushing it up, even cutting my meals in half isn't enough.
