Fight and now don't know what to do

Tonight my fianceé and I got in a fight. I'm pregnant with twins and have been having a lot of health issues related to the pregnancy. He works a lot and I haven't been able to work well anyway our house has become trashed and I kept saying I would clean it, but due to being in so much pain I haven't. Well tonight things finally exploded...all my fault😢 he is now home cleaning and I feel horrible. He was yelling at me and had good reason too but I got really stressed out and felt like I couldn't breathe so I left😢 I'm currently sitting in our Wal-Mart parking lot and have no clue what to do😢
