I'm 33 weeks pregnant and hubby found out he has pre-diabetes. And lately he's having a hard time remains hard during sex and its frustrating on both parts. I know the dr said he could take viagra and I wish we didn't have to rely on a pill. Did anyone go through this that maybe through diet it got better?
