Who has a special needs dog?

I have hypoglycemia & anemia, one day it was super bad I was standing by the counter I couldn't hold onto it any longer, my knees dropped I sank to the floor, my entire body was shaking like a seizure it was scary

Today I've had a migraine all day whereas I didn't have the shakes but my did catch myself falling a few times because of being so dizzy..

The day my entire body shook she came over to me a few times and gave me kisses, and today she laid by me for a few minutes in bed but not much else. I've had it "under control" or just fell asleep until I could wake up being better. My concern is one day I won't be able to or pass out. Just want her to be able to do something or get someone's attention if need be..

EDIT- I wasn't even sure what kind of training she would need or if this is possible, I've only heard of special needs training for people with seizures, or a partly handicap.. & my pup wouldn't be a volunteer to some organization or anything/anyone else, I am NOT trying to sound selfish but if I put all this loving, time and money spent she will solely be my aid when she can be and in turn I will love, spoil and take care of her. Didn't know if that helped narrow down searching for a trainer. TIA
