Back to work anxiety! Anyone else feel this way or is it just me and my hormones?!

I haven't even had my baby yet and the thought of having to leave her to go back to work is giving me anxiety!! I wish I could be with her all the time :(

I was a mess when I started back to work with my first. I took her to daycare starting a few days before I went back to work. It was my husband's idea. I hated it but it actually was an amazing idea. I was able to cry and fall apart and call and check on her and not be at work during it. So the day I started back was her 4th day of daycare and I was able to settle in a little better. I was lucky enough to have 11 weeks with her. I will be back at work at 8 weeks with this one due to finances and not having the available time. It will be a new daycare for us because our current daycare is way to expensive for two kids. So I do have anxiety over that as well. I understand your nerves. But once I was back at work a few weeks I was actually happy working again. Good luck! You will get through it.

I was actual ready to go back to work with my first, not bc I didn't want to be with him, I felt comfortable with his sitter. I think I was just bored. But when my second one came along I cried for two days!!! I don't understand why it was so much harder but it wasn't the same. The sitter was still awesome and was helpful with the transition  (she was an older lady).
Now, I'm a SAHM with soon to be 4 kids.
