I messed up badly on my birth control pills

I have never missed pills before. In the past 6 years I've never messed up! Idk what happened this month, but I've just messed up almost the entire pack! I missed a pill in the first week, and two in the second week! Me and my fiancé have sex every night and I'm basically afraid my mess ups might have us in a baby situation. Do you think that since I'm on birth control, even though I messed up, I'll be fine? Should pregnancy even be a worry? After I missed the pills in the 2nd week I spotted for about a day and it was so light. I'm so stressed.
