Twinges?

Not sure if anyone will understand what I'm trying to explain, but here goes. I'm around 4 weeks pregnant and have been having twinges... I don't really know how else to explain it like a twinge in my pelvic region that comes and goes. Not really painful. What is this. Is it normal?

Yep. You're going to feel a lot of twinges, pains, and stretches.

I'm 5w3d and I'm feeling the same. Been going on for the last 4 days. My doctor said to just let her know if they start to hurt bad or if they feel like bad period cramps...otherwise normal :) congrats!

Yeah they happen plenty.  I had quite a few today at 13w.  Anything that happens to your uterus that it isn't used to gets the same reaction: cramps and twinges.  So it could be stretching or other things that happen while the baby develops.

Totally normal! It's implantation cramping and your uterus stretching. I had them for like 3 weeks at the beginning. Now I'm 10 weeks and they're gone aside from the odd time.
