Red spot on breast?!?!?!

I know we are not doctor's on here. I am wondering if anyone has seen something like this before. It hurts.Is there anything I should try to get rid of it?!?! Thanks in advance. Just needing friendly advice!!!!

It looks like a ingrown hair, try hot compresses and you can try to pop it or leave it over night it should bring a head to it. Hopefully this helps.
