Relationship advice

There's this guy who added me on a social networking sight and he's friends with some of my old school friends (left school 2 years) and I'm but apprehensive as I didn't have a good time at school with bullying. We have been talking nonstop for like a while and he wants to meet up eventually.  I'm so Nervous because he'll want to have sex and I'm a virgin and I've never had a boyfriend. What do I do? I feel confident when taking online but when it's the real thing I'm having a little melt down. Help?
