10 weeks, bleeding & previa

At 9w3 days i started to spot - went to the ER but couldnt figure out why bleeding was happening.  Went to my doctor yesterday bc it happened again and he said i have a placenta previa - which is typically not diagnosed till 20'weeks bc it usually resolves itself....but its my placenta is covering the cervix.  Anyone have this? I am 10 weeks todau and although my rate of miscarriage dropped, my doc said its raised again bc of the bleeding.   I am so scared as i had a miscarriage jan 2015 and took 16 months with fertility meds to get this far... I keep praying but i cant help but be panicked!
