Groin pressure and swelling?!

I'm just now 17 weeks and I've been feeling a lot of pressure and swelling in my vaginal lips and on my clitoris. It's not quite painful but it's uncomfortable and even wearing undies makes my skin crawl I don't ever remember feeling this with my first child is this normal?
