Migraines/Headaches....HELP!! 😧

So, I suffer from frequent headaches, and the occasional migraine. I'm not sure if they are period related or not, since they seem to happen at pretty random intervals. Maybe they are stress related? Anyways....

Unfortunately, the pills that I used to take for these headaches have stopped working, so now I'm stuck in pain for extended hours a day....... Does anyone have any tips for either making the pain go away, or any suggestions for making it manageable??
