Preggo acne, skin taking forever to heal!?!

Anyone else getting cystic/blind pimples that won't heal or go away? I have had some hanging around for
Weeks!! They pop up everywhere, on my back, my chest, my face, behind my ears!?!

I've had the same problem, I'm hoping it alleviates a bit now in the second trimester. I have found tea tree oil to help as well as witch hazel as a toner, and I use a glycolic acid treatment at night as this is safe and helps exfoliate making the skin heal faster. My skin is starting to improve.
I have also found the Mario badescu spot treatment works decently.

Not acne so much but I always have an ezcema flare up when I'm pregnant - on my face of all places and it's incredibly hard to get rid of :(

Same here! I've been trying to avoid makeup, sugar, chocolate, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.  Hooray, hormones! :/

Same here!!! My skin was so clear before. On top of that, I'm at the in between stage where I don't fit into maternity clothes, but my own clothes are too tight and I just feel FAT! So depressing!!! ?
