First *down there* appointment

I really need some motivation and encouraging words for my first *down there* appointment. I'm extremely nervous and very uncomfortable when it comes to my naked body - which I assume many girls are. And I'm sick of being told that I'm just immature when I really don't think I am...I'm just scared and uncomfortable. Am I just expecting something way worse than what actually is? Some helpful tips or encouragement would be greatly appreciated 😢😣😣😣
