Would you get rid of your cat if it wouldn't stop peeing on babies things ?

My cat won't stop ruining the babies things - bounce chairs ect they're peeing on everything !!!

They make products you can spray in the corners of the rooms, on the carpets, etc that aren't harmful to humans, but are supposed to help them stop marking/peeing. Might be worth trying that before getting rid of them.

Hard decision to make. I don't let cats in my room at all anymore & that's where I have babies things. I also keep all the doors shut in the house but they do in and out of one room because that's my MIL room and she has a cat door on her door. She has a cat the pees on her things so she can deal with that, it's her cat, her room, but if it were me I would get rid of it. If it was my cat, honestly I don't know what I would do, but baby comes first now and cat pee is hard to get out of things and you def don't want that on your babies things.

Nope! I hate cats but I have dogs who I love. I would never get rid of them no matter what! I'd research and start implementing strategies for the cat. I'd keep their stuff in certain rooms and keep the cat out. That's just me

Have you taken the cat to the vet to rule out a uti? If the cat was healthy and peeing I would consider rehoming. Or at least confining it to a certain area of the house.

If I owned a cat, hell yea in a heartbeat!! If my dog were to do something like that he would be gone. I keep my dog away from my kids when they are infants and he knows to not go anywhere near the babies things. Hopefully you can find a solution that works best for you and your family, good luck
