Am i having contractions

can somebody help me im 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant I've been getting lots of braxton hicks since yesterday these pains are getting intense I've got so much pain in my pelvic area my back is in agony can't stop going to the toilet this is my first baby so I don't know if I'm going into early labour
