Should I say something?

So my long term boyfriend and I broke up and got back together recently and a girl him and I used to work with, who acted like my friend, asked him if we got back together. He said "yeah, why?" And she said "oh really? You can do better." Should I confront her or just let it slide? (Him and I broke up again but we still live together and are basically still dating)
