Subchronic Hemmorhage 7 weeks

I'm hoping for some advice. I had an ultrasound Tuesday due to some brown spotting. I was diagnosed with a subchronic hemmorage. The tech said that it was small and should clear itself up. She did not put me on bed rest but put me on pelvic rest. I was told it was not a big deal and should clear itself up. I don't have my next appointment until around 12 weeks, currently 7 weeks. Is this the sch in the U/S pic? I'm trying to see just how big it is and if I should be worried. Thank you ladies!
