Not too happy 😠

I went to the specialist today. Had the worst experience ever. They got me in two hours later then the sonogram tech was pushing and poking hard on the baby's head and to get him to move and I had some slight spotting from it I got mad I had to say something. Then they told me to buy a sugar test machine even though my sugar came out fine at 97 so it doesn't make sense. I decided to either just stick to my regular OB or just wait till baby wants to come on its own. Should I just wait it out and follow my baby's own plans?
