Has anyone tried re lactation?

So I've really had a hard time producing milk, but I want to try again..I had my little one on may 2nd and I haven't pumped since June..have any of you  stopped pumping and started back weeks later? Did you produce much milk. How often did you pump?

I stopped for almost 3 weeks, I started drinking a lot of Gatorade and eating oatmeal, and oatmeal bars for 2-3 days and I went from pumping 1 ounce to 5
