What should I do when the baby's born

So I'm due tomorrow, and her dad situation isn't ideal. I'm 17 and he's 19, he left as soon as I got pregnant. He came back on Valentine's Day when I found out it was a girl then left again the next day and said he wants a DNA test and then he'll 'pay for it' (as in child support.. As if thats what I wanted from him, not like I want him to be a father or anything) and I don't know how to go about that. I can put his name on the birth certificate then would he come down to get his precious DNA test while we're still at the hospital or what? I'm getting induced next Friday at 41 weeks unless she comes sooner but I'm not dilated at all or having contractions so it's doubtful. So should I text him and let him know when I'm going to the hospital or when the baby is born or what? He hasn't tried to contact me since Valentine's Day and still hasn't told his parents they're gonna be grandparents yet. So I'm just not sure how to go about this.. Advice?

Put him on child support of he is dad whether of not you need it. You can always save that money for when you love out of your parents house and for your child's college fund. He helped make that baby with you so he deserves to at least pitch in.

I'd tell him he has the option of not paying child support, which includes not being on the birth cert or ever having contact. Give him an escape and let him know youll cut ties indefinitely and no hard feelings.

My baby sisters dad wanted/wants nothing to do with her.

My mom told him when she had her. 
Then she went to DHS and got the paperwork to fill out for child support. He got the paperwork. Had the chance to request a DNA test which they did. He requested it. (Which when it comes back it's his kid that's 800+ dollars he's paying)

Then you get a court date, you're both required to show up. They set how much he has to pay. If he wants visitation he can plea for it then. If not then it'll be like my sister. They just set up how much. Also it's not a short process. So I would already get the paperwork and get it started and turn it in once she's born. Also talk to the hospital about it as well. They may have options to speed it along.

They can also make him pay for the months she was alive that it took for everything to be fixed. Regardless of him not wanting to be a part of her life, he still laid down with you and made that baby so he should have to pay for her. No matter what. Also, be sure to bring up health care coverage you may want him to have. And such. 
If he does want visitation. Push to make sure he meets certain requirements such as having equipment for her. And I would give your sweet baby your last name. As he doesn't deserve that privilege.

I'm choosing to shoot a text after birth. Labor is hard. I won't have someone there who isn't 100% supportive of me. In many states for dad to be on birth cert, then he needs to be there to sign. He can be added later, after paternity established, so it's not a necessity now. Child support can be established at any time. Your responsibility is to your baby. He's an adult & will decide on his own about his parents, about his level of involvement etc. try to communicate with info, not emotion and focus on the new life you will have!

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. Personally, if he doesn't plan to make a real effort to be a dad to your baby, I wouldn't have him around for the birth. The child support issue can be addressed later. For now, try to focus on the beautiful experience you're about to have...meeting your sweet baby girl! Everything will work out in the end. Being a single mother might be hard yeah but, you seem like a very strong woman that'll get through this just fine. You'll do amazing. Its his job to tell his parents. Focus on your babygirl and yourself first when he comes back let him handle all that stuff thats not things you should worry about.
