Pregnancy symptoms but negative tests?!

Hi everyone,

My husband and I have been ttc baby #2 for 3 years. Here's the tricky part... I almost never get my period and when I do get it, sometimes it can last for months! I've taken ovulation tests before & according to those I do still ovulate even without a period. For the past 2 weeks I have had a ton of pregnancy like symptoms but both tests have come up negative. My symptoms include... mild nausea that comes and goes, restless leg flair ups most nights, bloody nose, heartburn at least twice a day, 1 weird hour of light spotting last week, increased discharge, tossing & turning all night most nights, and 2 negative pregnancy tests....

Anyone else ever experience this?
