Help?

Queen Bee 💎™ • Fri, Jul 01 • Been trying to concieve for over a year now.. i have a 3 yr old little girl her name is layluh may. we are hoping to have a son it would be an amazing gift from god!

So I am supposed to start at tomarrow.. I went to the doctors for random severe back pain I've been having this month the did a pregnancy test..negative.. my symptoms are:

Lower back pain shooting down my left hip/leg

Sore nipples

Tired during the day but can't sleep at night

Nausea

Bloating

Hiccups frequently

I just don't understand:, ( here's the test I took when I got home..anything?Am I out?
