Missed Pill by a Few Hours.. Am I Okay?

So I just traveled back to the USA after a 2 week study abroad trip to Europe. The time change (7 hours) messed me up majorly; I took the pill 8 hours late. I always take it on time and I don't really have any problems with it. I've had unprotected sex 3 times since then, but he never came inside me. I spotted for a few days but everything is back to normal. Should I be worried? Since then, I have taken it the same time every night.
