MS and Pregnancy

So does anyone on here have MS? I just found out I have it, and will be put on a low dose drug for now. But has anyone been diagnosed with MS and gotten pregnant. If so how was it? What was your experience? I was pretty much told that I should have a child while I still could. I'm 20 and in a very stable relationship. Opinions...
