Afraid my friend is miscarrying

My friend just had her first ob appointment at 10 weeks and is only measuring 5. Her periods were screwed up but I'm afraid that's a big gap. She has to get labs tomorrow and luckily she hasn't bled yet so I'm walking her through everything that she needs to be checking over the next few weeks until she finds out if it will stick.
