Going crazy...

Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on with me? Have I really lost my mind.. My last AF was May 9th.: had light pink and then brown spotting on June 11.. Had a blood test around the 13th came back <2 but still got faint but + urine tests.: took a blood test yesterday <2 again .. I go for an ultrasound next Friday but I'm just confused I've had symptoms for the past 2 months but I'm just so confused. For the past 2 years I've had daily chronic pelvic pain because of endo but 2 months ago it stopped.. I guess I will find out next Friday .. Anyone else had this happen to them?
