Sit n Stand Stroller for 4yo and baby- worth it?

My daughter just turned 4. We're expecting another girl in Sept. I want to be able to go for daily walks and on trips to the zoo and such with both girls, but I'm worried the tandem stroller will be so clunky and heavy that it won't be worth it. What do you think? Which brand have you used if any?

I'd get a single stroller with a board you can add to the back

I got a joovy caboose ultralight rom
Craigslist . Almost brand new. , $90. 
Baby is not here yet, but his big brother already likes the back of it, of course he is only 2.
 I never pay full price for anything especially since half of the stuff we buy as moms hardly gets used, but anyways I really like the joovy minus I wish the back toddler seat reclined a bit more.

Just don't get a jeep double stroller we had one and it was horrible
