9dpo and trying not to get get my hopes up

I'm 9dpo and I got a BFN this morning. However I've been having cramps and back pains all day and sleeping constantly. Sometimes I'm getting sharper pains on the right side like I'm ovulating. My sense of smell is a little stronger but nothing like what other people describe. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but normally with AF I'd already be bleeding with cramps and back pain pike this. The past few days I've been moodier then usual and I was just chalking it up to PMS. And my nipples are very sensative but no color changes and no actual breast tenderness.
