Leaking amniotic fluid?

My whole pregnancy I've been really dry down there, I also have not been having sex at all! Thursday I had sex and then yesterday I think I lost part of my mucus plug and now I have a super increase in discharge. It's clear and watery but thick enough to stick to the toilet paper. Is this normal or so you think it could be amniotic fluid?? I'm only worried because I'm having twins so the risk of preterm labor is greater than normal
