Implantation cramping or AF?

At around 11 this morning I started to get like a sharp/pinching feeling on the left side of my pelvic area. It lasted till about 4pm and I feel like I could be having very light cramps (basically like a stomach ache) I almost feel like I can still feel it but just slightly. Could this be implantation cramping? I am 6 days past ovulation. AF due on July 11. Help, please!!!!
