Pregnancy dreams

For Two nights in a row I've had a dream I was pregnant. The first night I had found out I was pregnant from a pregnancy test and last night I dreamed I was showing a little but you only noticed it if you knew me and knew what my stomach looked like before. Is my dream trying to tell me something? I know some people say it could mean that you are getting a promotion at your job but that's not possible being that I just started a couple of weeks ago.
