PCOS & acne!
I have PCOS and in the last 6 months my acne has gone from bad to worse. I have it all over my face, back and chest. I clean myself like crazy, tried heaps of different medications, changed my diet, took vitamens & tried creams and the doctors are now resorting to the pill.
But I went on the pill 2 years ago and had so many side effects (lack of sex drive, dryness down there, weight gain, etc) and I'm just wondering- is there anything you girls use for your acne?
I haven't researched it much but I assume people with PCOS have acne? And it would be amazing to know how you deal with it! Please help a sister out- my acne is really hurting me physically and emotionally!
