Is it REALLY worth it???
Sometimes I feel like all the tracking, logging, and the apps just aren't even worth it. Does anyone else get crazy anxious and obsess over logging in their Glow, <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">Nurture</a>, or other apps every day? I'm thinking about deleting an app or two. I would delete ALL of them but the community is the only place I can go to talk sometimes.
As if TTC isn't stressful enough, along with being broke all the time and crazy hormonal. I just think logging might not be useful at all. After using the apps for going on two years, I've pretty much seen every "insight" at least a dozen times, and I thought no it might be more trouble than it is worth because I think it adds anxiety.
I've had multiple MC's. When we found out we were pregnant in April I switched from Glow to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">Nurture</a> and added My Fitness Pal (MFP) to track my nutrition. When we MC'd in May I went back to Glow but kept logging in <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">Nurture</a> and MFP. Do any of my fellow moms who have had a loss and are TTC do this? There has to be a better way. Should I just use only one app, maybe Glow, until we get pregnant again (IF we get pregnant again)?
