Positive results 12+ DPO?

So this is our first month of trying and I really felt like it was a success.im now 12 DPO and test are still showing negative 😞 I am due for my period tomorrow, and I've had a few other symptoms (lower back pain, cramping on one side, nausea, food cravings, fatigue, light headed). I do not feel like I'm about to start my period, usually I know its coming. Has anyone had test show up late on them? 13 or more DPO? Seems like everyone finds a BFP by now... I'm just so ready for ours!
