Life after endo?

Can someone please give me some hope that there is an effective treatment for endo? After 2 big operations and 10+ years of pain I'm feeling so depressed. I'm 6 months on from my last op with little to no improvement. I spend most days and nights in pain, can barely be intimate with my husband and it even affects my job. I feel like my life is ruled by my periods ☹️ has anyone had treatment that has worked and how long did it take until you saw improvement?
