Cm question

I never really have an abnormal amount of CM. but last week there was a lot of it like not to be gross or anything but when I would wipe or urinate it was almost small clumps of clear/whitish CM. went to doctors for a yearly pap and she said oh looks like u ovulated or are ovulating because of the CM. I never noticed this before at all now all the sudden?? Could it be that I conceived???? I don't know what to think.
