How many of you ended pregnant after taking a plan B pill?

I'm wondering what the chances may be.  
Did you take it right away?
Did any of you experienced any symptoms?

I did. Literally the only time my husband and I had sex unprotected ever (I'd gotten off hormonal BC to give myself a little break & we were using condoms temporarily) and I took plan B the next morning, within 12 hours. Only reason we used it was because he'd just gotten out of the military and was still looking for a job. Luckily it all worked out, he got a good job & we couldn't be happier to have our daughter. But I was incredibly surprised because it's supposed to be so effective when taken that soon after.

I took it the day after he/we thought the condom broke and I had 0 side effects. Didn't end up pregnant though
