Plan B, could I be pregnant

So today I gave my boyfriend a blow job and he ejaculated, and then a couple hours later we had sex, but without a condom and we both don't remember if he peed after the blow job, I'm just worried. Could the pre cum get my pregnant? He never came inside me, just pre cum. Should I take plan B?
