UTI and pregnant.

I'm 20 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I am SO prone to UTIs it isn't funny. I have another one and I will need to call my OB tomorrow because with me they hurt a little I go to bed with the intentions of fixing it the next day and they are SO bad by then. My question is being I'm pregnant what will they do for it being some antibiotics aren't safe?
