HELP! Am I alone? 😰

I've been sexually active for roughly three years now, and intercourse hasn't been unusual until now. I've had multiple partners, and yes I'm STI/STD free. My most recent boyfriend and I have been together for 7 months and our sex life has been "normal" until about three months ago. My vagina keeps tightening up to the point where it becomes impossible to have sex without me being in unbearable pain. I suffer through it 9/10 and after a few minutes I feel alright, but it's driving me crazy that I simply CAN'T have sex that one in ten times. It hurts and I know I shouldn't be pushing myself, but the fact is that I am (I'm stupid and horny sometimes, sue me). Does anybody else have this problem? I have a gyno apt in a week and my primary Doctor couldn't figure it out, even after an ultrasound and blood test. Somebody please tell me I'm not alone in this freakish tight vagina thing. 😰😰😰
