So much pain!!

I walked quite a bit today downtown and my hip and pelvic area are already painful but omg now they are unrelenting painful!! I am almost to the point of being barely able to walk. Baths do nothing. Can't apply heat I live in Phoenix and sittin with a heating pad will just give me heat stroke. And I can only take so much Tylenol. Any suggestions ladies?? Please I'm desperate!!!
